The address: Street and neighbourhood is enough for us to tell you whether you are on the route.
What needs clearing: Driveway only, or driveway plus walkway, steps and the sidewalk out front.
Whether you want salting: Added once and applied on every visit for the rest of the season.
Residential or commercial: Either number reaches us. Commercial callers should also have lot size and frontage handy.
